Located in the heart of the Richard Hoggart Building, it’s a great spot to watch the world go by before your day of study begins. Keep a look out for the Goldsmiths-inspired mural on one of the walls.

The Department of Anthropology is based right next door to the Richard Hoggart Building, overlooking a peaceful garden and the Goldsmiths allotment. Within the department you’ll be able to chat to tutors and technicians, and get advice on your latest assignment.

On an anthropology degree you’ll be expected to undertake a fair bit of independent study in addition to attending lectures and seminars. Head to the library to spend a few hours catching up on your reading, or getting advice from the anthropology Subject Librarian.
